Road to Kingston City Run

Participate in over 200 km of running in 8 weeks with four of the best running clubs in Kingston. 

Do gymwork and build strength at RIPT Camp Gym

Build endurance while taking it easy on the joints with spinning classes at Core Fitness Studios**

Engage in full body workouts to build strength and endurance in the pool with National Coach Gillian Millwood*

Anyone can drop into our programme, but sign up for the package and you can get:

  • Discounts on all programme runs (only pay $100)

  • Monday 6:00PM group swim training with National Coach Gillian Millwood included*

  • Weekly drop-in to selected gym or studio**

  • discounted entry into the Kingston City Run (maintained early bird)


  • $10,000 (8 weeks) registering prior to Jan. 25

  • $9,500 (7 weeks) registering after Jan. 25

  • $9000 (6 weeks) registering after Feb. 1

Half-Marathon training programme

*There is an additional $200 non-ASAJ members have to pay in order to gain access to the Stadium pool. This is paid upon arival at the venue. Sign up package covers the drop-in cost for coaching. 


** Programme applies to selected Classes at Core Finess Studios. They are:

  • Tuesday 5:30AM & 5:30PM (spin class)

  • Wednesday 5:30AM (boot camp)

  • Thursday 5:30PM (spin class)

  • Friday 5:30AM

  • Saturday 10:00AM
